How do I top up my account?
Log in, go to Add Credit, and pay by card or PayPal. Top-ups are instant.
I can't connect my call — what should I do?
Check your internet connection and make sure you're dialing the full international number including country code. If the issue persists, contact support.
How do I cancel my plan?
Go to Account Settings and select Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
